We operate a self check in process. Guests will be notified via email 24 hours prior to their check in with instructions. If you need help carrying luggage please let us know in advance by emailing us your expected time of arrival.
Room cleaning
We do not provide daily room cleaning but guests may request extra towels, fresh sheets, coffee, toilet paper etc. by contacting us.
Cancellation policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable but as a small, family run business in a remote location, sudden cancellations significantly affect us as it’s unlikely we can rebook the reservation on short notice. For this reason, JAGS adheres to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations within 3 days of your reservation will be charged the first nights stay. Guests can modify their reservations to a later date without any charges given availability. If you need to cancel a reservation, please ensure that you email us to request this change.
Damage
Guests are responsible for any damages to the guest rooms caused by carelessness or neglect. Guests will be liable for all costs associated with these damages. Any applicable replacement costs will be charged to the credit card on file. If you notice damages in your room upon check in, please report them immediately—not during checkout. JAGS has a strict no smoking policy in all guest rooms and decks. Please only smoke away from the building. An automatic $250 cleaning fee is applied for smoking in the guest rooms. For stained or damaged linens, a $100 charge is applied per sheet set. For stained or damaged towels, a $25 charge is applied per towel.
Pets
We love pets, but to keep our rooms clean and in the best condition we have to say no to pets in the rooms.
Room availability
We strive to ensure rooms are provided as reserved by our guests. However, in the event that the room you selected is not available upon check in, a room of equal or greater value will be provided at no additional cost.
