We offer a convenient self check-in process, so you can arrive anytime after 3:00pm and settle in at your own pace. This flexible, hassle-free approach lets you start your stay on your own schedule—just follow the instructions we’ll send you before your arrival.

Should you need any assistance during check-in or throughout your stay, our team is always here to help.

Room cleaning

Housekeeping is available upon request between 10:00am and 2:00pm. If you’d like your room refreshed—whether it’s fresh towels, extra coffee pods, or other amenities—just send us a text, and we’ll happily arrange it for you.

Cancellation policy

For individual bookings, cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking amount. Unfortunately, if you do not arrive and fail to notify us (a no-show), the full booking amount will be charged.

All cancellation requests must be made by email, so we have a written record of the request and the date it was submitted.

We also recommend reviewing your travel insurance policy in case unexpected changes affect your plans.

Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, including stained or damaged towels and bed linens. Please notify us as soon as possible if any bedding or towels are stained so we can attempt to remove the stains.

Pets

We have a No Pets Policy to ensure a clean, allergy-free environment. Exceptions are made for service animals; please notify us in advance.

Room availability

We strive to ensure rooms are provided as reserved by our guests. However, in the event that the room you selected is not available upon check in, a room of equal or greater value will be provided at no additional cost.
